I worked as trader in international commodity trading<\/strong>.
A world full of adrenaline, money, pressure. Every second counted.
From the outside, it seemed successful.
Inside? I was slowly collapsing.<\/p>\n

My body protested.
I got severe sleep apnoea<\/strong> - I stopped breathing 36.5 times an hour.
The pulmonologist literally said, \"This will stay with you for the rest of your life.\"
A hypnotic suggestion I didn't realise at the time.<\/p>\n

\"I was completely disconnected from my body. Everything was about reason, control and survival.\"<\/p>\n

Until the moment everything tipped over.
I was literally walking down the street when I met a man who was expressed my whole life story<\/strong>, without knowing me.
I know it sounds incredible.

But what I felt then was undeniably real:
