Nevertheless, it may happen that an order becomes defective or something happens that gives you a warranty claim. Legally, you are obliged to report the defect to us within two months of discovering it. If the defect falls within the guarantee, we will take care of repair or replacement free of charge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Complaints<br><\/strong>It can always happen that something does not go quite as planned. From 15 February 2016, it is also possible for consumers in the EU to file complaints via the European Commission's ODR platform.
