Allergy released - 'For the first time in years I'm eating a Granny Smith again'
A woman came to me with a severe allergy to stone fruits and tree pollen. Through a combination of hypnosis and the Flow of Life, we started working together. What became visible was a deep-seated stress response that had become physically lodged in her system. I guided her body to experience safety again. That same day I received a message: 'I just ate a Granny Smith. No itching, no swelling. 'Just enjoying it.' A day later, she was able to wear her lenses again and walk her dog through the woods. She was also relieved of an old nickel allergy, which is very nice at work. Free, relieved, connected.
Tinnitus soothes - 'It got quiet inside me'
A man came to me with constant tinnitus. It kept him awake at night and caused a lot of tension. We started with awareness: what was the effect of what the ENT doctor had said? Then we travelled deeper inside, to the source of his restlessness. Underneath the sound, it turned out there was an old, unprocessed conflict. Something that had never been expressed. Through hypnotherapy and inner work, he was allowed to give space to the unspoken. Peace, space and release emerged. After the session he said: 'The noise is not completely gone, but it is no longer in me. It is as if it has lost its power.' Girl of 16 with abdominal pain and headache for months.

What followed was a particularly beautiful experience. As the candle flickered restlessly and the light began to flash, I knew: we were not alone in this loving space. Through spiritual contact, I invited the deceased. The energy became palpable, and you could see how the person on my seat surrendered-there came peace. Tears streamed down the cheeks, emotions rippled in all directions. There came clarity, answers to long-held questions, and finally a loving goodbye. Thanks to my two years of experience in mediumship, combined with hypnosis, I was able to witness a miraculous encounter-soaked with love from the beyond.

For me, a transformational session is one in which someone not only goes home with a solution or tools, but possibly also with new insights about themselves. For example, X came to my practice with chronic pain. Medically, everything was fine, but the pain remained. We took time to explore her story, to feel where tension was and what experiences might have been at play. I guided X into deep hypnosis, to a place of calm and safety. An 8-year-old boy had to have been in custody since he was 2 years old lavements had to be put in order to go to the toilet. Guiding horse and rider through problems, rider had become insecure due to an incident, horse had physical problems,...
